Our destination fuelled dining experiences, gallery and shop, creative workshops and boutique celebrations are all based around our ethos – feel at home. Our glorious Entangled Home – Entangled on the Hill is under an hour’s country drive from Brisbane city, in a private world all on its own. Capturing the essence of slow living in the countryside, here you will find space to roam, shady outdoor places to dine and a graceful Queenslander restaurant with wide open verandas and cosy corners to call your own. The natural wonders at our fingertips are celebrated, and ethical and sustainable practices form a part of our everyday lives. 

We are humbly grateful to occupy this tiny slice of this sacred land, and acknowledge and pay our respects to the Kabi Kabi, Jinibara and Turrbal Traditional Custodians of this land, and their elders past, present and emerging.


Our menus showcase the diversity of the farm fresh food of the Moreton Bay Hinterland Region, including the spectacular seafood at our doorstep. Dedicated local suppliers are geared to provide their finest in prime produce allowing for variety and seasonality in our dishes. Coupled with fresh, spray free produce from the entangled gardens, we have the freedom to create dishes that are complex, exciting, and spontaneous.

Owner/Chef David Atkins celebrates food as his passion and prepares with love and finesse. With every course, traditional methodology is the backbone whilst inventiveness comes to the fore. Our exclusive LONG LUNCH dining experiences are limited to an intimate number of guests. Available Friday – Sunday, bookings are essential via the links below. The menu is set and varies on Chef’s whim and inspiration from the fresh food at his fingertips. Nola takes the same attitude toward the setting, the elements and style in keeping with the seasonal menu. Handcrafted ceramic tableware, made by David and Nola is testament to the love and attention this project demands. 

An Al Fresco A La Carte menu is also available for breakfast and lunch, Friday – Sunday. Bookings are preferred and can be made via the links below.

Afternoon High Tea is served every Saturday. Bookings are a must and can be done via the link below. Groups of 20 or more may book exclusive sittings by prior arrangement.
